வடமாகாணத்தைச் சேர்ந்த அனைத்து தொழில்நுட்ப உத்தியோகத்தர்களுக்கும் வணக்கம்,

 சம்பளம் மற்றும் ஓய்வூதிய ஆணைக் குழுவிற்கு தொழிநுட்ப அலுவலர்களது சம்பளம் தொடர்பான முன்மொழிவுகள் தொடர்பாக, எமது "இலங்கை அரச தொழில்நுட்ப உத்தியோகத்தர்கள் சங்கம் - வடக்கு மாகாணம்" 

 மற்றும் 

 " வடக்கு மற்றும் கிழக்கு மாகாண விசேட தொழில்நுட்ப உத்தியோகத்தர்கள்" ஒன்றியத்தினது ஆலோசனைகளையும் பெற்று ஒரு முன்மொழிவை அனுப்ப உத்தேசிக்கின்றது.

 எனவே, 

சம்பள மற்றும் ஓய்வூதிய ஆணைக் குழுவிற்கு சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படவுள்ள மிக முக்கியமான முன்மொழிவு இதுவாகும். இதில் வடமாகாண உத்தியோகத்தர்களின் கருத்துக்கள் இடம்பெறுவது மிகவும் அவசியமானது.

உங்களது முன்மொழிவில்,

1. சம்பள முரண்பாடுகள்: தற்போதைய சம்பளத் திட்டத்தில் உள்ள சிக்கல்கள் மற்றும் அதற்கான தீர்வுகள்.

2. தர உயர்வு (Promotions): பதவி உயர்வுக்கான வழிமுறைகள் மற்றும் அதற்கான தகைமைகள்.

3. ஓய்வூதிய உரிமைகள்: தொழில்நுட்ப உத்தியோகத்தர்களுக்கான பிரத்தியேக ஓய்வூதிய நன்மைகள்.

4. இலங்கை தொழில்நுட்ப சேவை (SLTS): SLTS சேவை தொடர்பான புதிய முன்மொழிவுகள் மற்றும் கோரிக்கைகள்.

போன்ற முக்கிய விடயங்களை உள்ளடக்கலாம்.

உங்களது கருத்துக்கள்,  இந்த முன்மொழிவை வலுப்படுத்தவும், தொழில்நுட்ப உத்தியோகத்தர்களின் உரிமைகளை வென்றெடுக்கவும் உதவும்.

Greetings to all Technical Officers in the Northern Province,

Regarding the proposals on Technical Officers' salaries to be submitted to the Salaries and Pensions Commission, our "Sri Lanka Government Technical Officers Union - Northern Province" and the "Northern and Eastern Provinces Special Grade Technical Officers' Union" intend to submit a joint proposal after gathering your suggestions.

Therefore, this is a crucial proposal to be submitted to the Salaries and Pensions Commission, and the input of Northern Province officers is essential.

In your proposals, you may include key topics such as:

• Salary Anomalies: Issues in the current salary scheme and solutions for them.

• Promotions: Schemes of recruitment/promotion and required qualifications.

• Pension Rights: Specific pension benefits for Technical Officers.

• Sri Lanka Technical Service (SLTS): New proposals and demands regarding the SLTS service.

Your ideas will help strengthen this proposal and win the rights of Technical Officers.
